Aggron, being the heavy sleeper that he is, didn’t stir from his slumber as Beth caressed his head. The large Pokemon still snored softly, however there was something that was disturbed by the Kangaskhan.
His thick tail seemed to be be curled around something that could have easily mistaken for a grey rock, till the ‘rock’ raised it’s head. The small blue skinned dragon put his stubby arms over steel type’s heavy tail and let out a long yawn. The Bagon pulled himself halfway over the tail before spotting the cave’s guest.
“…” He stared wide eyed up at Beth, slowly sinking back down into the safety of the Aggron’s tail, letting out a soft growl at the stranger.
Beth smiled at the sleeping iron giant as she gently stroked the top of his iron helmet-like head, stopping suddenly as she felt something jagged graze her hand.
Gingerly she traces her claws along the ridge of his broken horn, a worried frown spreading across her face. “Oh, you poor baby.” She couldn’t believe that she hadn’t noticed earlier, she must have been more worn out than she had first thought.
She had gone back to caressing Aggron’s head when she heard something growl close by. She quickly looked around in the general direction she thought she heard the noise had come from before moving to stand on her feet for a better view, her eyes completely passing over the small dragon half hidden near Aggron’s tail.
